Core pillars

01

Route diversification
and resilience

We dynamically route each message across multiple carrier connections to ensure the best path, reduce risk, and maintain high deliverability, even under local network issues.

02

200+ countries 800+ carriers

Our direct and partner carrier network spans 200+ countries and 800+ carriers, enabling truly global reach with strong local delivery performance.

03

24/7 real-time monitoring

We monitor traffic and delivery in real time, with instant alerts and proactive failover, so your messages are always delivered, on time and at scale.

04

1:1 account management
with weekly reporting

Every customer is assigned a dedicated account manager who provides real-time monitoring of success/failure/volume rates and delivers weekly performance reports with consulting.

Regional carrier footprint

Global reach, local performance. SureM connects you to the world.

Regional carrier footprint: Asia 271+, Europe 289+, Africa 210+, Latin America 114+, North America 61+, Oceania 41+, Middle East 38+ carriers across the world map

Reliability services

Built-in services and tools that ensure secure, accurate,
and high-performance messaging worldwide.

Voice OTP / ACS fallback

Where SMS verification is blocked or unreliable, ACS (Auto Calling Service) delivers authentication via multilingual prerecorded voice, reaching countries that SMS OTP alone cannot serve.

Pre-send lookup and validation

IMSI-based lookup checks country, carrier, handset availability, portability, and roaming before send, so virtual numbers, landlines, and unreachable numbers are filtered out early.

SMPP v5, MM4, MM7 interfaces

SureM contributed to the international SMPP standard and operates SMPP v5, plus MM4 (SMTP between MMSCs) and MM7 (WAP/OMA MMSR) interfaces for MMS integration.

X-Messenger bulk tool

Excel-driven desktop sending program that can dispatch up to 1,000,000 personalized SMS/MMS messages per batch with scheduled send, duplicate-number checking, and per-recipient templates.

Why choose SureM

The difference that matters
for enterprise messaging

Most messaging platforms route through aggregators. SureM connects directly to carriers, to KakaoTalk, and to your team.

01

Direct carrier connections

We connect directly to SKT, KT, and LG U+ with no intermediate aggregators. Fewer hops means lower latency, fewer failure points, and full compliance with Korean carrier requirements.

02

200+ countries · 97%+ delivery

Our global network spans 200+ countries and 800+ carriers, with a message delivery success rate exceeding 97% sustained through multi-route operation, real-time monitoring, and automatic failover.

03

Authorized KakaoTalk partner

As an authorized KakaoTalk Biz Message official dealer, SureM delivers Alimtalk and Friendtalk to Korea's 47M+ users with automatic SMS/LMS fallback so no message is ever lost.

04

Dedicated 1:1 account manager

Every customer gets a named account manager who monitors delivery performance in real time, delivers weekly reports, and provides consulting, not a ticket queue.

05

Single platform, every channel

SMS, LMS/MMS, RCS, KakaoTalk, Voice OTP, International C-SMS, and WhatsApp Business, all from one REST API and one account. No juggling multiple vendors.

06

26 years of Korean market depth

Founded in 2000, SureM has operated through every major shift in Korean telecommunications, from 2G SMS to RCS, with direct carrier relationships and regulatory expertise that newer entrants cannot replicate.

Platform FAQ

Common questions
about our platform

Technical and operational questions answered.

What is SureM's message delivery SLA?

SureM provides a 99.9% platform uptime SLA for enterprise customers, measured monthly. This SLA covers the availability of the messaging API and routing infrastructure. Separately, SureM maintains a 97%+ message delivery success rate — the ratio of messages confirmed delivered by the receiving carrier to total messages submitted, averaged across all active routes. These are two distinct metrics: the SLA measures platform availability, while the delivery rate measures end-to-end message success.

How does SureM's intelligent routing work?

SureM uses network multiplexing with automatic fallback routing. Each destination has multiple carrier paths configured. When SureM sends a message, it selects the optimal path based on real-time route quality metrics — delivery rate, latency, and carrier status. If a primary route degrades or fails, traffic shifts automatically to the next best path without any action required from the customer. For domestic Korean sends, we route directly to SKT, KT, and LG U+ with no intermediate aggregators.

What APIs and integration interfaces does SureM support?

SureM supports REST API (HTTP/JSON) for all channel types including SMS, LMS, MMS, KakaoTalk Alimtalk & Friendtalk, RCS, Voice OTP, and international messaging. For high-volume carrier-grade sending, we operate SMPP v5 — SureM contributed to the development of the international SMPP standard. For MMS routing between carriers, we support MM4 (SMTP-based MMSC interconnect) and MM7 (WAP/OMA interface). Sample code is available for Java, Python, Node.js, PHP, and C#.

How does pre-send number validation work?

SureM's pre-send lookup and validation uses IMSI-based number lookup to check each recipient number before a message is dispatched. The lookup returns: country and carrier identification, handset availability status, number portability status (whether a number has been ported to a different carrier), and roaming status. This allows virtual numbers, inactive numbers, landlines, and unreachable numbers to be filtered out before the send — protecting your sender reputation and reducing wasted spend on undeliverable messages.

What happens when a primary route fails?

SureM's platform detects route degradation in real time through 24/7 traffic monitoring. When a primary carrier route fails or drops below quality thresholds, traffic is automatically shifted to the next available route — no manual intervention required. For KakaoTalk Alimtalk and Friendtalk, if a KakaoTalk delivery fails (e.g., recipient has notifications disabled), the platform automatically retries via SMS or LMS fallback. For RCS, failed delivers automatically fall back to SMS. Your account manager is notified of any significant routing events and will proactively communicate impact and resolution.

Does SureM support KakaoTalk messaging infrastructure?

Yes. As an authorized KakaoTalk Biz Message official dealer (공식 딜러사), SureM provides full KakaoTalk business messaging infrastructure including Alimtalk (transactional template notifications), Friendtalk (promotional rich messages with images and buttons), and Brand Message. SureM handles channel setup, template submission and approval guidance, delivery routing, and automatic SMS/LMS fallback — all through the same REST API used for other channels. KakaoTalk reaches Korea's 47M+ monthly active users across all age groups.

Is a sandbox or test environment available?

Yes. SureM provides a test environment for API integration development. In the test environment you can submit send requests and receive simulated delivery results, test webhook/callback handling with mock DLR payloads, and verify request formatting, authentication, and error handling before going live — without incurring charges or sending messages to real recipients. Test credentials are issued during onboarding. Contact our technical support team to request sandbox access.
