There are 3 (three) kinds of messages that is conducted by Law 2.1 Re-agree marketing recipient – from the date of marketing agreement to every two years, the recipient’s consent shall be checked – target: Company that receives marketing agreement. 2.2 Notification of personal information usage – Once in a year should notify the customer – target: information and communication service providers whose personal information has been stored and managed for the previous three months and have averaged more than 1 million users per day or 10 billion won or more in last year’s sales in the sector. 2.3 Notification of schedule dormant conversion – If personal information is destroyed, personal information is stored and managed separately from other user’s personal information. – target: all company If the company fails to follow the regulations conducted by Law, penalty may be possibly charged accordingly.
