1. Coronavirus (COVID-19) related Messaging
With the recent increase in delivering messages for COVID-19, government department such as Korea Internet Security Agency and National Police Agency have been monitoring related information in the South Korea.
SureM (SuperM) also has been continuously performing same actions that leading to phishing by filtering related keywords and block the Sender ID.
2. Stock Investment related Messaging
KISA strengthened their policy by accepting and resolving SPAM report raised by the end user.
The regulations has been implemented since August 18th 2020. Below categories measure the standard of illegal traffic in Korea:
2.1 3 biggest spam (lottery, gambling, pharmaceuticals)
2.2 messages with no (愿묎퀬) or ad header
2.3 invitation for stock investment through specific URL
2.4 stock investment messages include financial company (bank, card company etc)
