- What is this certificate about?
-> You can see this certificate as “ID” of a number. It means that, a certificate which identifies the number owner and the Korean operator. - How does this certificate works?
-> It works as the Sender ID in Korea. In order to send messages, you are necessarily required to use legal and registered Sender ID because you are not allowed to use your own number.
